These Terms and Conditions govern your use of monthlysites.ca and the services provided by monthlysites, a web design subscription service operated in Canada. By purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms.

Services

monthlysites provides website design, hosting, domain registration, and ongoing website maintenance services on a monthly subscription basis. The specific features included in your subscription are outlined on our pricing page and in your onboarding confirmation.

Billing

A one-time setup fee is charged at the time of purchase. Monthly subscription billing begins on the date your website goes live. You will be charged automatically each month on that date. All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes.

Ownership

Your domain name is registered in your name and you retain full ownership of it. All content you provide to us including text, images, and logos remains your property. The website design and structure is managed by monthlysites as part of your active subscription. Upon cancellation, your content files will be provided to you upon request.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information during onboarding, ensuring any content you provide does not infringe on third-party copyrights or trademarks, and notifying us of any required changes through the designated channels within your monthly change allowance.

Monthly Changes

Your subscription includes a set number of website changes per month as outlined in your plan. Unused changes do not roll over to the following month. Additional changes beyond your monthly allowance may be available for an additional fee at our discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties. Upon cancellation your website will remain live until the end of your current billing period and will then be taken offline. Your domain will be transferred to you upon request.

Limitation of Liability

monthlysites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify active clients of any material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
