Quick answers before you buy

When does billing start?
Billing starts the day your website goes live. You pay the setup fee upfront, we build your site, you approve it, and only then does your monthly subscription begin.
Is there a contract?
No contract, ever. monthlysites is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime with no penalties.
What happens if I cancel?
Your website stays live until the end of your current billing period, then goes offline. Your domain is yours to keep and we'll transfer it to you on request.
Do I own my domain?
Yes. Your domain is registered in your name and belongs to you. If you ever leave, we transfer it to you or your new provider with no issues.
What does the 30-day guarantee cover?
If you're not satisfied within 30 days of your site going live, we'll refund your setup fee and monthly charge minus the domain registration fee (usually $15 to $25 CAD) and Stripe's non-refundable processing fee. On the Starter plan that's roughly $6 to $7 in deductions on top of the domain cost. On the Advanced plan roughly $9 to $10. These fees are charged by third parties and are outside our control.
